Mr. Sosa impresses me as a man of character and real concern for his community. He has dedicated his energy to issues that truly matter and affect the daily lives of our communities. I witnessed his energy and enthusiasm as he addressed the City of Delton Commission on a recent matter regarding a sewage disposal project affecting many property owners. He was direct, to the point, and forceful in his convictions and statements. I believe that Mr. Sosa will be a true champion representing and defending District 5.
