Duties and Responsibilities of the Supervisor of Elections
The Supervisor of Elections is an elected constitutional officer, serving a four-year term in a partisan county-wide election. The Supervisor of Elections is charged, pursuant to Florida Statutes 97-106, with administering all elections pertaining to federal, state, and county elections held in Volusia County. Additionally, contracts are entered into with municipalities to administer their elections.

Voters who legally change their name, but not their address, do not have to re-register. If you have changed your name, you can vote after updating your information. https://registertovoteflorida.gov/home
On Election Day, you will cast your ballot in a polling place, usually in a public building near your home, that serves as a polling place.
